Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RGPD), Sagatu Asociados Comercial Hostelera, S.L., with registered offices at C/ Comte de Urgell, 240, Ático, C.P. 08036, Barcelona and NIF nº B-63751853 (from now on Sercotel Hotels or the person in charge of the treatment) informs you that the data that voluntarily you introduce through the present electronic form, will be treated with the purpose of sending commercial information, promotions and services of Sercotel Hotels, by any electronic means, like member of the club of loyalty Sercotel Rewards Corporate. The legitimacy of the processing of your data for the purposes provided is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller and on the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship generated by your registration as a Sercotel Rewards Corporate member.
Personal data requested are obligatory, with the exception of those in which the contrary is expressly indicated, in such a way that the refusal to supply them will mean the impossibility of developing in a correct way the management of your participation in Sercotel Rewards Corporate.
Your data will be kept for the duration of your subscription to the Sercotel Rewards Corporate club, or until you exercise your rights of opposition and/or deletion of your data, in accordance with the RGPD provisions.
Personal data collected will be transferred or communicated to the public bodies required by law and to supplier companies that provide support services and maintenance of the Sercotel information system and those necessary for the development, control and fulfillment of the purposes expressed, with which they sign the appropriate contracts for processing order.

By accepting these conditions, the participant declares and guarantees to be of legal age, that all personal data provided to Sercotel Hotels are true and correspond to their identity. Likewise, the participant undertakes not to include any personal data of a third party in the form sent to Sercotel Hotels for the purpose of participation in this loyalty club.
