We’ll be waiting for you at the Carbón restaurant, for the moments when you don’t want to take care of yourself and you want to be taken care of. Here we respect tradition and time, so as to treat you to the very best of the gastronomy in our area. To do so, we use the charcoal grill as a cooking method and fresh, seasonal ingredients. We love good food. Starting first thing in the morning. Which is why we serve different kinds of breakfasts. We’ll give you a choice, although we’re almost certain that you’ll opt for our abundant and varied buffet. Unless you’re in a hurry, of course. In this case you’ll probably want our early bird coffee. Strong coffee, the kind that gets you going. Let us know the day before if you have to get up early. We’ll activate our wake-up service and, by means of a simple call, we’ll make sure you get out from between the sheets.
It’s true, we’d like you to stay as long as possible, or at least a little longer. So ask us about our late check-out.
