You can start off with some Guetaria anchovies served our way, a salad of duck and apple and a vinaigrette of berries or scrambled eggs with cod and mushrooms. The house specialities include dishes of rice cooked dry or in a broth. There are up to sixteen options to choose from. The menu is rounded off by other meat and fish-based delicacies such as the low-temperature suckling pig confit with salad or the pil-pil-style cod cheeks. Delicious.
We serve a set menu, which includes a starter, a main course and a dessert of your choice, and an à la carte menu. There’s also a snack menu designed for lighter lunches and dinners.
