Our hotel Portales is just a few minutes' walk from the Co-cathedral, from the traces left by the Camino de Santiago as it passes through Logroño and, above all, from the mythical Calle Laurel. Before you set off on your tour, ask us about our favourite pintxos. While we're at it, we'll tell you what each bar's speciality is.  

Mornings in our three-star hotel begin with opening the windows of our 48 rooms. This simple gesture will be enough to let you know how Logroño breathes today. You can even see it from some of them. What a view over the city, the Ebro valley and the Sierra Cantabria mountain range.

In fact, in our hotel in Pozuelo de Alarcón everything hinges on reception. It is the centre of operations of our strategy to take care of you. This is where we will provide you with the tourist information you need. 

We will tell you what you have to do to leave your car in our car park. We are also just a stone's throw from the M-40 and two from the A-6, which means that the charming villages of the Sierra de Madrid are only half an hour away.  

Tomorrow is another day. We can't guarantee what it will bring, but we can assure you that it will get off to the best possible start. How? Enjoying all that our breakfast buffet has to offer. These include fruit, cereals, toast, pastries, cold meats and, of course, our freshly brewed coffee.

If there’s one place in Girona that fulfils the criteria of what we often call a “must-visit”, it would have to be Figueres. Not only because it’s the town of Salvador Dalí, but also because its location is so strategic that you can be on the beaches of the Costa Brava in 30 minutes and in France in an hour.

Don't worry about finding a parking space. Here we have a private car park where you will also find charging points for electric cars. Sustainability is a key issue for us. In fact, we have embarked on several projects, such as "Bikes for Life"; and, little by little, we are incorporating improvements in our facilities and services. Another example? Therefore, what we offer you at the Sercotel Puerta de la Catedral is the chance to enjoy the city from the inside. From deep inside. Our name has probably already given you a clue as to where we are.  

Yes, you’re right. When you stay at our four-star hotel, you’ll be just 20 steps from the doorway of the Romanesque cathedral. And you’ve nailed it again; from some of our 37 rooms you can start or end your day by watching how the sun’s rays playfully embellish the skyline of this imposing building. Can you imagine having the privilege of opening the curtains and gazing at the Cathedral from your bed, almost as if you can touch it? As we were saying, at the Puerta de la Catedral Hotel we want you to enjoy the city from the inside. So much so that we go unnoticed. Of course, when we like to do our best is when you activate the leisure, rest and enjoyment mode. For this purpose, we have a fully equipped gymnasium, designed so that you can maintain that sporting routine that suits you so well in your day-to-day life during your getaway. During the summer months, we add to our services the possibility for you to enjoy a dip and a lap session in the sun in our outdoor swimming pool. We are aware of the heat in the Levante and we have remedied it. That's all very well, yes; but you're probably thinking that the way to win you over is fine wining and dining. We respect mornings so much here that we start them with a hearty buffet breakfast. The rest of the day we spend it as we please, between our cafeteria, our restaurant and the bar.
